Villa The Beji, a beautiful and spacious, contemporary, six-bedroom villa in the heart of Canggu, close to a whole host of great restaurants and cafes, and walking distance to the Canggu Club with its world class recreational facilities, and just a short drive from the beach.
Villa The Beji is an expansive villa covering around 4,000sqm of land and consists of a series of pavilions which include a large two-storey dwelling housing the communal living and entertainment areas, six separate sleeping pavilions, some water features and fish ponds, a massive garden and lawn and a sports and recreation area with tennis court and gym to the rear.

Events at Villa The BejiWhether you want to throw a large birthday party, enjoy a lavish barbecue, invite colleagues for a formal lawn gathering, host a sit down dinner party, or simply enjoy a Balinese evening complete with entertainment and a traditional feast, The Beji´s extensive grounds and many indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, as well as sports facilities for kids, provide the perfect venue for the needs of both adults and children.
General guidelines:

Event fee depends on number of participants and vary between US$ 700++ for low impact events with maximum 30 participants, and up to US$ 1,500 for huge events with 100 invitees.
Villa capacity is up to 80 people for sitting banquet; up to 120 people for cocktail reception. It can accommodate up to 16 people to stay overnight.
Banjar fee is Rp 5,000,000. Fireworks are not permitted however some garden illumination can be arranged by an event organiser.
Security bond is required in cash in amount of Rp 14,000,000 (US$ 1,000) to be paid on the booking commencement date or earlier if you plan any early deliveries.

A 6-seater car and driver at a special rate of USD 35 per per day for 8 consecutive hours (excluding petrol, parking and toll fees).

Car and driver overtime (after 11pm) and extra hours (over and above the complimentary 8 hours per day) are charged at Rp 70,000 per hour. Guests are responsible for payment of any parking and toll charges.
Additional 6-seater car with a driver available for longer trips: US$ 35 for half-day (5 hours), or USD 55 for full-day use (9 hours), inclusive petrol. Extra hour is USD 5, including petrol;
Extra person surcharge is USD 35 per night (taxes inclusive) and includes first morning breakfast and quality comfortable extra bed with sheets and towels. Maximum occupancy of the villa is 16 (adults and children);

Pre-orders for winex and liquors;
Outsourcing professional laundry and dry cleaning (by cost price);

For all in-villa dining, a grocery purchase system is applicable. All items are purchased by the staff, and these are directly billed to guests at cost-plus a 25% service surcharge.
