Villa Avalon is nestled in the emerald green of the rice terraces and is privileged to hear the sounds of wildlife and beach waves 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its interior furnishings and design blend magically into the natural environment. Villa Avalon is located just a few meters from Berawa Beach, ideal for surfing and other beach activities such as swimming, beach volleyball, picnics, or just lounging in the sun. The sea is full of coral reefs and a wide variety of marine life.

Avalon Villa I
Avalon I’s four air-conditioned bedrooms provide excellent sleeping. It’s a space for 8 to 14 adults in two separate pavilions. Each has a sitting area with a TV and DVD player. Also, you will have top-of-range mattresses dressed in plump pillows, snuggle-into duvets, and crisp cotton bed linen.
The two master suites are sumptuous in size, design, and facilities. Each has a large bedroom opening to a large, shady terrace with a breakfast area on two sides: a queen bed and an attached sitting area (sofas can be converted into two additional beds). Four-poster king-size beds and vintage tables resting on polished teak floors help create a palace-like sanctuary. The glamour continues in the air-conditioned bathrooms, which feature a bathtub, two impressive marble vanities, a rain shower stall, and a huge air-conditioned closet.
Two air-conditioned suites occupy a second sleeping pavilion. Each has a queen-size bed and a sitting area for watching satellite TV. The downstairs suite overlooks the garden. The top of the villa has a spacious terrace with open seating overlooking the garden. This makes the setting more than heavenly. Both bathrooms are equipped with two marble sinks, a rain shower, and a dressing room. The first-floor bathroom has a second shower and a bathtub in a small courtyard. The upper-level bathroom is also equipped with a bidet stall.
One of the most beautiful areas of the estate, the upper level living pavilion is an elegant open space. It is cooled by a fan and the gentle breeze from the sea. It includes a large formal living room and a games area with a pool table. Below is a traditional dining room with a three-meter long table that seats up to 14 people. This dining room overlooks the pool terrace (where informal outdoor dining is possible in the shade). The multimedia room is an air-conditioned sanctuary where you can watch a blockbuster movie or read a best-seller. You can also answer your emails from the desk overlooking the pool. The antique poolside joglo offers historic living space in harmony with the surrounding nature. The room terraces offer many quiet spots for contemplation and escape from the crowds.
Avalon II
The high vaulted ceiling of the sleeping pavilion gives both bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, the other a queen – a theatrical sense of space, heightened by handsome furnishings and arresting Balinese paintings. Granite basins and walk-in rain showers add glamour to both ensuites, and there’s generous wardrobe space for the nattiest holiday packer.
The living pavilion is formed from the four-pillar heart of a historic teakwood joglo from Java, and its ornately carved ceiling is a treat to behold. Under a statement chandelier, an all-weather rattan table accords semi-alfresco dining for six; meals can be prepared by the estate chef or whipped up in the well-equipped kitchenette. Comfortable chairs invite afternoon siestas – though poolside sun loungers may be preferred by those seeking a holiday tan.
Avalon III
provides the perfect sanctuary for a couple who value extra privacy. Accessed via a small lobby off the living room, the bedroom features a queen-size bed and a small seating area facing the pool terrace beyond a wall of glass double doors. Alongside is a positively palatial L-shaped ensuite bathroom, with twin basins, statement bathtub, rain shower enclosure, and a separate dressing room and walk-in wardrobe.
The living room of Avalon III is open and bright. This villa has an arched ceiling. This is large for a one-bedroom villa. There are comfortably cushioned sofas and chairs at one end in front of the double doors that open to the pool deck. Everything is clustered around a glass coffee table in front of the 42-inch television and home theater system. At the other end is a marble counter with a bar for seating. This separates the beautifully appointed kitchen from the dining room, where four white leather chairs are arranged around a formal table
Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 60 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 80 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
- Event fees: USD 1,000++ and IDR 5,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 40 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 500++ and IDR 5,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11PM only. Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.
