Villa Kapungkur is like stepping into a fairytale garden with a traditional Balinese twist. Your very own private oasis, this spacious 2,000 square metre property comes with 5 en-suite bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living areas, a high end entertainment system as well as a fully-equipped kitchen – everything you need in a luxury villa.
It’s a good fit for medium-sized groups and big families, with a lot of room for everyone to explore and unwind: from the semi-open pavilion, the oversized circular sunbeds, the tranquil spa bale, and not to mention the 15-meter outdoor pool that serves as the focal point of the landscaped garden.
The villa’s doors are open for private holidays as well as intimate events, catering to any occasion with warm Balinese hospitality. Villa Kapungkur’s exceptional team, consisting of a villa manager, private chef upon request, housekeeping, and 24-hour security, is sure to make guests feel safe and right at home.
Villa Kapungkur features a unique design implicative of a traditional Javanese house, mixing modern comforts with antique elements. Each of the 5 bedrooms is equipped with air-conditioning, a 55 to 65-inch TV, day bed, in-room safe, sockets near the bed, wardrobe cabinets, walk-in closet, and mosquito nets. It also features an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a rainshower and bathtub. Guests will be treated to serene views of the landscaped garden and swimming pool outside.
Wedding and Event Venue- Maximum number of guests: 20 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 30 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: 3 Nights during Normal and Shoulder seasons (a shorter stay may be allowed if adjacent to an existing booking); 4 Nights during High seasons. Peak Season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees: USD 850++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 250++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company´s discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
- Guests are required to have an event organiser when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 12 AM (midnight).
