The villa can accommodate maximum 1 additional child on a folding bed (in the Master bedroom or in the room 3 on the 2nd floor) An additional fee of IDR 400,000.00 per child per night will apply.
Pay a security deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay
The villa can accommodate maximum 1 baby in a babycot An additional fee of IDR 2 500,000.00 for the stay will apply
The rental rate and security deposit shall be paid in IDR and transferred to the following bank account net of any local and overseas bank transfer fees which are the responsibility and payable by the tenant.
One car and driver at a special rate of US$ 35++/day for 8 hours (excludes petrol; extra hours chargeable)
The rate is subject to 15.5 Percent Government Tax and Service.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking
Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival
Check-in time: 3pm, check-out time: 12pm
Late check out until 6pm can be arranged at half the rental rate (subject to availability)
Payment can be settled by bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express)
