The perfectly symmetrical thatch-roofed Seseh Beach Villa I comprise a pair of two-storey buildings, with a living and dining room in between, a delightful rooftop terrace, and five air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms. Outside, a flat lawn and open-sided dining and living pavilions are situated at either end of a 16.5-metre swimming pool. The main building comprises a living and dining room with an integrated bar flanked on either side by two-storey wings containing the five bedrooms and the kitchen. The two master bedrooms are situated upstairs in each wing, both with balconies overlooking the sea. Accessed via doors from the master bathrooms is a rooftop deck.

Master Suite
There are two master suites in this luxury villa, positioned upstairs on the first floor. The rooms have been fully furnished with four-poster king-size beds and closets, to safely store all of your belongings. Every room ha been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite-channel tv, DVD player and an additional safe. When opening the big glass doors in the room there will be a private balcony with a stunning sea view which will amaze you. En-suite every room has a separate air-conditioned bathroom with indoor showers. Also there is a rooftop area with additional outdoor shower, and a bathtub four you to relax in while enjoying the sun.
Guest Room
Additionally to the Master suite there are 3 guest rooms in this villa. Each room has a satelite channel TV, DVD player and a safe. The rooms have been fully air-conditioned and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Besides this every room has its own private courtyard, with an additional outdoor shower and bathtub. There is the option for king-size or twin-bed configurations in those rooms. Two out of three rooms have a nice private terrace which will lead onto the garden, and there is one room with a secret courtyard sitting area.
Indoor Living Area
This villa will have everything needed to make your stay here unforgettable. All rooms haven been fully air-conditioned, and it has a nice large living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to the garden. There is a nice lounge area for you to relax in the evening, or for the children to enjoy, because there is a nice 60-inch satellite-channel TV with DVD player, Xbox and playstation. If you open the sliding glass doors a natural breeze will flow through the sliding glass doors which will give you the sent and feeling of actually being on holiday. Also the dining area has a integrated bar alongside.
Outdoor Living Area
Whenever you walk outside, your eye will fall on the nice 16.5-meter long swimming pool with water features and nice fire bowls. The pool deck is fully furnished with nice sun lounges for you to lay down and enjoy the sun. If the sun gets you too much there are umbrellas next to the lounges for you to create some extra shade. The garden has a large flat lawn, which is great for weddings and events to be hosted. The rooftop sunset terrace has been furnished with bean bags to relax separated from the garden. Additionally to the indoor dining area there is a dining pavilion besides the pool, with a nice sea view for you to enjoy your meal outside in the sun. Also there is an open-sided living pabilion besides the pool with comfy sofas and TV so you can enjoy your beloved series out side as well.
