This luxury Seminyak Villas designed in the world famous Bali Style, located in the exclusive Laksmana Villas Residential Estate in the heart of vibrant Seminyak´s just walking distance to the Indian Ocean and the stunning wide sandy beaches of Bali´s south west coast. Adasa Villa perfectly captures the architectural heritage of Bali with its mix of alang-alang and ironwood shingled roofing, whitewashed wooden louvres, white sandstone walls, terrazzo and teak flooring, and outdoor bathrooms set in private tropical gardens. The interior design blends sleek modern comfort with exquisite antiques and artifacts from old Bali.

Living Room

An open-sided and fan-cooled living pavilion boast a traditional thatched roof, sand stone walls and expanse of terrazzo floor overlooking the swimming pool. A comfortable seating area covered with colorful batik cushions for a comfortable seating area. While a handcrafted teakwood dining table provides seating for eight. A modern galley whitewashed kitchen equipped with modern amenities for your use.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom suite

The master suite spreads out over the entire second level with king-size bed, air conditioned, study area, HD TV and DVD Player with its private veranda overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Opposite is an en-suite bathroom with statement bathtub, and walk in shower.

Guest bedrooms

The two guest bedrooms overlooking the pool, with sliding glass door opening onto the lawn. Each of the rooms is furnished with air conditioning king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs.
